Comment by Helen Mitchem on February 10, 2011 at 17:34 Hi, well I am a member of The Mersey Forest team, so could say I'm a little biased, but i don't feel I am.........I would like to encourage visitors to Project Dirt and the Climate Change training website, to actually have a go with the materials!!
So I'd like to set the February challenge - please give this tool kit a try this month! Are you a member of a community group or would your students like to learn more about adapting for and mitigating Climate Change? Please visit this website and USE the resources on there and then please tell us what you think. We have created this toolkit for people like YOU to use and learn from. I ran 2 trials with this kit on 2 different community groups in Speke and St Helens and I found it really easy and friendly to use. We would love to know what you think and what you learnt from it - is anyone going to change their ways as a result of using it or being involved in a group training session using this kit? Remember, the leaves at the end are for you / your participants to write their carbon plans on :-)
We would really appreciate your input, please help us to help others in the climate change challenge!!
Thanks in advance from Helen
